Step Two – We meet up for an informal meeting. It is highly unlikely that either of us will have all the answers at this stage but important for us both to gain a better understanding of what a project might entail, what is required, and what the outcomes might be. We may need to discuss budgets for the project but we don’t agree a price just yet so that we can do our homework properly first.
Step Three – We will pull together a proposal for you based on the information from our meeting. This will outline things like the project scope, budgets, timescales, expected outcomes, reporting procedures as well as the price of the project. The proposal helps keep things transparent and ensures everyone is on the same page.
Step Four – We get to work delivering the project and keep you fully updated with our progress. The nature of the project will dictate how closely we may need to work together to ensure we deliver exactly what you are looking for. We will always be happy to make changes or amendments to our work to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.
At Mid Ulster Marketing, we like to make things easy for our clients. We do not insist on signed contracts or retainers because we work on the understanding that if its working for you, it’s working for us.
When we agree a price, there will be no hidden surprises or additional costs.
